Understanding our cancellation and refund procedures
Booking Cancellation
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in may qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days before arrival may attract a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
- Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice may forfeit the full booking payment.
Early Departure
- No refund will be issued for shortened stays or early departures after check-in.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
Special Events & Peak Seasons
- Certain bookings during holidays, special events, or peak periods may be non-refundable.
