Room & Accommodation Policy

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

Identification

  • All guests may be required to provide a valid ID or passport during check-in.

Occupancy

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the booked room.
  • Extra guests must be approved by management.

Noise & Respect

  • Guests are requested to keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM.
  • Respect for other guests and property is required at all times.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not allowed inside rooms.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the room, furniture, or property during their stay.
  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

Housekeeping

  • Rooms are cleaned regularly during the stay.
  • Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure.

Lost & Found

  • Queens and Kings Guest House is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
  • Found items will be kept for a limited period before disposal.
